Challenge
The power sector in Poland encompasses a vast a vast and geographically diverse amount of infrastructure. A prime example of this is one of our clients representing this sector, who approached us for technical support for their production sites and assistance in administering production systems.
Solution
To effectively meet this client’s needs and achieve their business goals, we delivered a range of solutions including:
- Modernization of the PM module in SAP software,
- Provision of WAN and Internet links,
- Management and operational maintenance of infokiosks,
- Construction of passive infrastructure (fiber optic routes) and server environment for the Biomass Delivery Orders System,
- Maintenance and administration of the Digital Telecommunication System and Radio Communication and Radio Network, with particular emphasis on crisis communication and the need to maintain connectivity in production. .
All the above services were provided for approximately 900 users located in different two different locations.
Impact
By implementing complex IT projects, we have enabled our client to transform business processes across the organization, thereby enhancing its digital maturity. This not only led to a significant reduction in operational costs but also increased operational efficiency.
