Challange

One of our clients, a giant in the electronics industry, continually pondered how perfect customer service could be ensured when working in retail, particularly in large-format stores. How could customer behavior be predicted? Together, we concluded that the only viable solution was to implement a system that analyzes anonymized data on customer numbers and behavior.

Solution

The solution implemented by Euvic is based on images from cameras and software that analyze data regarding the movement and behavior of people, enabling the generation of statistics.

This video analysis is bolstered by innovative technologies, including machine learning algorithms, among others. All the gathered data is presented in the form of easily accessible statistics. Moreover, the system allows for the sending of alerts when predefined Key Performance Indicator (KPI) values are exceeded. An additional strength of the software lies in its capability for integration with other systems utilized by the client.

Impact

  • Improving the speed of customer service by utilizing real-time information about queue lengths in the store.
  • Displaying data in real-time.
  • Understanding customer shopping paths and behavior.
  • Opportunity to plan store infrastructure and continually verify the quality of customer service.

Summary

The software enables the monitoring of parameters crucial for the company, influencing purchasing decisions. Through its implementation, our client swiftly discerned which product ranges are most appealing and attract the target audience to the store. This has facilitated enhancements in customer service processes and tailored promotional activities to match client preferences, consequently elevating their satisfaction levels.
