A request for the concentration of activities involving Euvic S.A. (Euvic Group), Gemini Holding Sp. z o.o., Hyperr Sp. z o.o., and Senetic Holding S.A. has been submitted to the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK). A positive decision from the President of UOKiK will initiate the investment procedure.
Senetic is a company with international experience in the fastest-growing IT infrastructure sector. It is a partner of renowned IT equipment manufacturers and one of the largest Microsoft Cloud partners in Poland. The company operates in 28 countries, generating annual revenues of over 600 million PLN.
Two major groups have joined forces in this transaction – Euvic Group and Gemini Holding, led by Rafał Sonik. Hyperr Sp. z o.o., an investment vehicle created by a group of entrepreneurs with experience in technology and influencer marketing, also participated in the transaction.
For Euvic Group, this is the largest transaction in its history, through which a leading provider of network and server solutions, software, and computer hardware in Poland and Europe will join the group. Euvic Group itself will grow by 30%.
This is not the first joint investment between Euvic and Gemini Holding. Through the jointly established company Euvic 2030, the groups have already conducted transactions in Tuatara and 4experience. The investment in Senetic is the next stage of business integration between these groups. Meanwhile, Rafał Sonik—a seasoned businessman, investor, business mentor, distinguished athlete, and philanthropist—has been associated with Euvic Group for several years and is actively involved in its development.
As a result of the investment, a unique ecosystem will be created, building upon the existing services in software development, body/team leasing, IT infrastructure, digital marketing, and consulting, and expanding into digital commerce and distribution in IT infrastructure and B2B licensing.
