Talent Software: Optimizing Recruitment with Data and Automation

Overview_

Talent Software, a cloud-based platform that transformed recruitment by integrating automated processes, data-driven employer branding, and smart job advertising, enabling companies to attract top talent efficiently and effectively.

Challenge_

We Select envisioned a state-of-the-art automated recruitment process encapsulated in a modern portal capable of amalgamating data-informed employer branding, intelligent job advertising, and automated candidate management.  

Initially, We Select was a platform resting on outdated technology. Therefore, the challenge involved modernizing the existing platform to enhance user-friendliness.  

The goal was to transform We Select into a modern HR tech company through a portal that could automate candidate management and employer branding for clients, benefitting candidates and We Select’s employees. 

Solution_

Titled ‘Talent Software,’ We Select’s solution is a SaaS (Software as a Service) solution, a cloud-based platform built on Azure. Euvic’s DevOps team, in collaboration with Waylight’s developers, undertook the responsibility of constructing the technology (both back-end and front-end) and steering the team through the project.

They crafted a platform equipped with features such as recruitment ads automation for Facebook and recruitment process statistics, meeting all the requirements for We Select’s goal. 

Result_

We Select now possesses a platform that fosters an automated recruitment process and intelligent recruitment. The company transitioned from an initial idea to a contemporary platform that merges data-informed employer branding, job advertising, and automatic candidate management on a single platform. 

The transformation has led to their nomination as the SaaS company of the year for 2020, an achievement possible only for businesses focusing on modern technology.
