Challenge_

Tempest grappled with the task of enhancing communication with all employees in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Communication was primarily executed via email, which made reaching out to the entire group a challenge.

This posed a significant problem, especially considering that many employees are first-time job holders at Tempest, requiring HR and managers to dedicate considerable time to address pay scales and other HR-related issues.

Tempest sought a solution that would streamline communication and internal career paths more effectively.

Solution_

Euvic and Tempest Security AB joined forces to devise a new intranet to address these challenges. Through a series of workshops, the features and structure of the intranet were mapped out. The aim was to create a platform that could facilitate communication with everyone in the company, regardless of their location.  

Emphasis was placed on HR-related FAQs and pay slip clarifications. The intranet also featured internal job postings and course information, coupled with a simple automatic registration flow. Employees could easily access a calendar to stay updated on important events, and a simple forum allowed for the sharing of information and discussion.
