Euvic Group is growing in Scandinavia. New finnish branch already open!
The time has come for Helsinki! Euvic currently has almost 5,000 employees. It started its expansion in Sweden at the beginning of 2018. With a turnover of SEK 110 million, it currently works with some of Scandinavia’s largest companies.
During the last 4 years we have had the pleasure of working with great finnish brands such as Kesko, Tikkurila and Pop Pankki.
We will remember these collaborations as successful and the people from Finland as solid and intelligent. However, this is not the end, but only the beginning of our adventure in this country. We have noticed a strong demand for agile product teams and also a lot of room for improvement in general when it comes to digitalisation. Companies are automating, entire organisations are going through a digital transformation and the need to offer a better and better digital customer experience is growing. Artificial Intelligence and IoT are experiencing their golden age of investment, and service or product owners are enhancing their offerings with these technologies. Finland is a place where the demand for such tech services is growing and the supply is still not enough, so this summer our Finnish branch officially opens. We believe that having a local office will ensure a higher quality of our support and increase responsiveness to local needs.
We make no secret of the fact that people are insanely important to us. There is a reason why our culture is based on the slogan #theGoodPeople. As such, we are delighted to announce that Jaakko Sippola will lead our branch in Finland. We were looking for someone who both fits the culture – being curious, transparent, empathetic and humble – and at the same time with local knowledge and experience in the IT industry. We are convinced that Jaakko is the right person to represent the culture of ‘The Good People’ and will grow in Finland in the same way we have grown in Sweden or the Emirates – by delivering value and caring for people.
