Hi Krista! The best thing we know is to introduce new people to our team, and this time to our team in Finland. A warm welcome to Euvic. Let´s get to know you a bit more!
Tell us about yourself, who are you and what are your previous experiences?
I’m Krista, hailing from Helsinki. Over the course of my career, I’ve oscillated between entrepreneurship in diverse digital sectors and early involvement in IT firms to steer them ahead. Growth is my ardor, whether it’s on an individual or business scale.
Why does Euvic feel like the right next step in your career?
My prior experience in IT consulting, SaaS services, and digital ecosystems paved the way to Euvic. The company’s versatile portfolio aligns seamlessly with my professional background and passions. Beyond that, from my initial interactions with the Euvic team, I sensed that this is an organization that not only does things right, but does them with the right approach. The remarkable blend of industry-specific and technological prowess within Euvic, coupled with its distinctive culture and values, left a profound impact on me.
How do you see your role as Commercial Manager within Euvic, how do you want to contribute?
Within Euvic, my position as a Commercial Manager blends strategic thinking, relationship cultivation, financial expertise, and leadership proficiency. This amalgamation propels the company’s commercial triumph and bolsters its path of expansion. My key objectives encompass propelling business development efforts, enhancing revenue streams and harmonizing Euvic’s commercial tactics with its broader business goals.
What does The Good People mean to you?
To me, this entails approaching tasks with passion and a compassionate spirit. It involves truly valuing and tending to the needs of both Euvic’s employees and clients. “The Good People,” in my view, symbolizes collaboration and empathy. It’s about forging enduring, top-tier partnerships founded on transparency, quality, accountability, commitment, and efficiency.
What do you see as the biggest frustration when it comes to digitalization that many companies struggle with today?
One of the most significant frustrations that many companies struggle with today in terms of digitalization is the challenge of managing and adapting to rapid technological changes. The pace of technological advancement often outpaces companies’ ability to select suitable tools, platforms, and strategies aligned with their business goals. This leads to potential inefficiencies and missed opportunities as they navigate this evolving landscape.
Finally, we are curious to know which company would be your dream customer?
An ideal customer is one who dares to think differently, challenges the status quo, and makes a measurable business impact in their field or the world. They are a company that boldly steps out of their comfort zone to learn, demonstrating a fearless approach to innovation, where they not only embrace the prospect of failure but also recognize it as a crucial stepping stone on their path to achieving remarkable success. Such forward-thinking and adaptable partners are the ones who truly inspire and drive transformative progress in their industry.
