Information about the processing of personal data

Your personal data will be processed in order to provide information about the services we offer (marketing) based on the consent provided – Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). We strive to continually improve our services, which is why we aim to deliver only interesting and personalized information, and to achieve this we will use profiling. In the case of profiling, the basis for processing is the legally justified interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), which is to best tailor the information sent to your needs and interests.
Providing your personal data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the indicated purposes.
Your data may be transferred to entities processing it on our behalf, but only to the extent necessary to perform the aforementioned service, including entities providing services for us, whereby such entities process data based on agreements concluded with the Administrator and solely in accordance with the Administrator’s instructions. Your personal data may also be disclosed, but only at the request of entities authorized under the law.
Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to provide the service. If personal data is processed based on your consent, your data will be processed for the specified purpose until the consent is withdrawn. Withdrawing consent will not affect the legality of processing conducted before the withdrawal of consent. Additionally, the Administrator will cease processing your personal data based on the legally justified interest of the administrator earlier if you object to such processing.

If you believe that by processing data we are violating the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
